The Environmental Health and Disease lab, directed by Dr. Saurabh Chatterjee at the University of South Carolina, USA- is seeking a promising PhD student to work on cell signaling pathways of fibrosis and inflammation in a disease model of Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Candidates with a strong background of molecular biology/cell biology/immunology/biochemistry and  decent GRE and TOEFL scores, are encouraged to contact Dr. Saurabh Chatterjee (schatt@mailbox.sc.edu) to start their application immediately for fall’2017 admission.
The Chatterjee Lab is is well funded by National Institutes of Health and the future Ph.D. student will be provided with full stipend and tuition waiver based on the policies of University of South Carolina.
